Returns Policy

Return any item unopened in original packaging for a full refund of the item purchase price within 30 days from purchase. Note: return authorization required - returns sent with no authorization are assessed a 15% restocking charge. Obtain return authorization by emailing us at our Customer Service link. (Items purchased for Christmas after November 1st and before December 31st may be returned as late as January 31st.)

Holsters may be tried for fit and still considered 'unopened' - as long as packaging is intact and no marks are left on the finish.

Items opened, but otherwise unused will be accessed a 10% restocking fee as we are unable to resell them as new product.

We are not able to accept returns of used merchandise. If you have a warranty issue with a product, we are happy to help you with getting it covered by the manufacturer.

Note: shipping costs are not refundable. Of course, if we make a mistake, all related costs are covered by us.

 

Privacy

No information of any sort is ever sold or released to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Don't waste your time asking to buy our customer list - it is not for sale. (Of course, shipping information is provided to third party shippers such as UPS.)
